Its important to decide which facilities you want near the house and ask the agent about those facilities. For eg- whether facilities like restaurants, general stores, shopping centers, transport facilities are easily available near the house.

This is an important question to ask and will help you calculate about the EMIs for the flat and when can you make other arrangements to move into the flat.

This is an important to ask. It is also important to ask how old the construction is, what materials are used for the construction and how long lasting the construction is.
